@billpeduto And I know it was rescinded September. Mixed messages about whether it would last into 2012.

180Web

180Web Logo

Story: In 2005, a web entrepreneur from North Carolina was building a new life and, therefore, a new company in Pittsburgh. Using his considerable knowledge of search engine optimization and web marketing, he wanted to work with web-based companies that were either in the conception stage or had already launched but had not begun seeing the expected returns. The turnaround nature of the business led him to name the company 180Web.

Challenge: Internet consultants are not rare, and entrepreneurs are notoriously skeptical about hiring someone from the outside regardless of experience.

Goal: Create a compelling brand that would be credible and compelling based upon the colors selected by the founder, black and orange.

Solution: The font was chosen to be readable at many sizes and screen resolutions, with the orange semi-circle outline representing turnaround and facing to the right to reinforce forward movement. The combined mark has shown resilience as well.
